Ken Goff is a co-founder of USA FIBER and is the company’s CEO. He is responsible for the overall direction and performance of the company. A 25+ year veteran of the telecommunications industry, Mr. Goff brings a wide breadth of technical and operational capabilities to the table.
Prior to joining USA Fiber, he served as President of Goff Communications Inc. from 1995 through 2004. Under his guidance, the company installed over 1000 new cell sites, and organically grew revenues at a rate of 35% annually. In 2002 he founded iT2Me and was CEO until it was acquired in 2006. In 2004 he founded Goff Wireless and served as President until its acquisition in 2015. Mr. Goff holds a 100% stake as founder of iQ4Mobility and is the proud owner of a United States patent. Ken lives in Florida and enjoys boating and playing golf.

Judd Carothers is a co-founder of USA FIBER and serves as its President. Judd is responsible for helping craft and execute the strategic vision of USA Fiber and implementation across the USA Fiber markets. Judd has over 20 years of industry experience focused on physical and optical network design, implementation, operations, and optimization.
Prior to the creation of USA FIBER, Judd served on the Sr. Management Team at KCI Inc., a multi-disciplined engineering, consulting and construction firm, and on the Executive Team at FiberLight LLC one of the leading providers of high capacity data transport services. Under Judd’s leadership at KCI, he was responsible for the creation of the wholly owned subsidiary Harbor Metro Networks, which successfully deployed the single most fiber rich dark fiber network in Baltimore’s historic Inner Harbor. During his tenure at FiberLight, which spanned 17 years, Judd was responsible for all network operations, engineering, new construction, the NOC, customer service and service delivery. Judd and his team deployed and managed all of the mission critical networks for the premier Carrier, Enterprise and Government clients utilizing existing and new fiber network footprints spanning over 10,000 route miles across 20 Tier 1, 2 and 3 markets in the Mid-Atlantic, Southeast and Southwest regions of the United States. Judd also Chairs the Development Committee for the Aledo Education Foundation, a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting the enrichment of children’s lives through advances in education.
